Additional Installed Modules
Content Server Classifications 10.2.0 Content Server Classifications adds taxonomic capabilities providing an alternative to the standard way of organizing, managing, and browsing Content Server items. Additional automatic or assisted association of documents with one or more classifications is achieved by purchasing and enabling the intelligent classification functionality.
Content Server Communities 10.0.0.1076 This is an upgrade to the Communities module 10.0.0. Content Server Communities provide users with another way to collaborate in Content Server. Each Community is a container, maintained by a Facilitator, that houses all types of information - including Content Server items and customized reports - and presents it in a personalized, newspaper-like interface. Communities can be built around any focus (for example, a company department, particular subject matter, or professional affiliation).
Content Server Forms 10.0.0 Content Server Forms can be used to create HTML forms. Use Content Server Forms to automate business processes, such as expense reports, vacation requests, and purchase orders. Users can create, search, manage, and view the electronic forms. Content Server Forms are also fully integrated with Content Server Workflow.
Content Server Web Forms 10.0.0 Content Server Web Forms can be used to create forms while logged into Content Server. Use Web Forms to automate business processes, such as expense reports, vacation requests, and purchase orders. Users can create, search, manage, and view the electronic forms. Web Forms are also fully integrated with Content Server Workflow.
Content Server Workflow 10.0.0 This is an upgrade to the Workflow module 3.0 that shipped with Livelink 9.2.0. Content Server Workflow is a collaborative tool used to handle business processes that usually require human intervention or collaboration such as document, invoice, or purchase order approval.
Content Server Workflow Painter 10.0.0 This is an upgrade to the Workflow Painter module 3.0 that shipped with Livelink 9.2.0. The Content Server Workflow Painter is an electronic graphical painter that allows a designer to create a graphical representation of a work process, called a workflow map. Workflow maps contain a series of linked steps performed sequentially or in parallel, and include the attachments, comments, forms and attributes related to the work process. To optimize this portion of the workflow process, the designer should start with a clear plan of the order of operation: who is assigned to do what tasks, and whether the process is linear or requires loop backs.
Content Server XML Request Processor 10.0.0 This module provides the fundamental messaging capabilities used by XML Workflow Interchange.
Content Server XML Workflow Interchange 10.0.0 Content Server XML Workflow Interchange lets Content Server Workflows interact with other systems through the exchange of HTTP messages. This module's additions to the Content Server workflow system include the Workflow Interchange Step and the Remote Initiation facility. Workflow Interchange steps are added to Content Server workflows using the workflow painter, and can be configured to send and accept messages when they become active. Remote initiation allows workflows to be initiated by HTTP messages sent to Content Server from another system. These features can be used together to support a variety of connectivity scenarios.
